It could be perfect if not for the staff at the breakfast who removes all the cutlery and teacup for the next guest when I've gone to take some food. When I came back with my plate of food; someone else is already sitting in my place. This happens very often. Your Manager has been informed but no action was taken. May I suggest some form of procedure for your waiters/waitresses to know whether the guest has finished his/her breakfast; e.g. guest place the cutlery on the plate/s or something to indicate the same.
