I took my Kuga for the yearly service and I was welcomed by Arzan Irani. He was very clear and detailed in explaining the whole process to me. I mentioned that the aircon system was making a funny noise and he said that he was going to look it and call me for any update. As promised he rang me in the afternoon and said that there was a whole in the condenser and it needed to be replaced. Obviously it wasn't a great news for me as the entire replacement was around $1500. However considering my warranty was just expired, Arzan was very understanding and he spoke to Ford. He rang me back again saying that he managed to get the condenser (not the labor) paid by the factory. I believe he went above and beyond by excelling in customer service.
I bought my Kuga at City Ford and I've always took it there for service. After this experience, I will surely recommend them to all of my friends.
