I worked with Trey Morrison as my real estate agent. I was moving from out of state and did about 90% of my communication with trey via text and phone and saw the house once. Trey was great! He was able to answer all of my questions about locations to in Charleston, what the neighborhoods were like, where I should look, great problem solver, I ended up closing on a house with him and I only met him twice in 4 months! Trey was professional, understanding, down to earth, knowledgeable, and knew the lay of the land. I will be working with Trey in the future and suggest everyone else should as well.
