My experience started with a rude man answering the phone "Hi". As I was in the middle of telling him my name he says "hold on" then proceeds to answer a different phone call while on the phone with me. When he came back on the phone with me he then asks "what did you want". I then told him I thought that was very rude and asked to speak with a different person. He asks me to hold on again while he answered another phone call. He then tells me I have his undivided attention. After asking if he had a great deal of knowledge on the specific vehicle I was calling about, he couldn't answer a single question I had. I then proceeded to give him an offer on the vehicle and he then told me" you are wasting my f***ing time" Then hangs up on me.

I wish 0 stars were possible that is what they truly deserve. I can only imagine that this is not the only sales person like this.
