Had to get there some 3 time just in order to fix ...

Had to get there some 3 time just in order to fix a 30 minute issue.
Forgot to fix all needed issues on the list (was published in their computer).
Poor customer communication and misleading information about car status.
Had to involve service executive manager to get job done.
Now had to book that 4th meeting to complete the service.
