My gf had called and inquired about moving a couple big items for our move from a storage unit to an apartment a few miles away. She was told we would be charged by the hour and to send an inventory list. We did so and previously moved all the other belongings ourselves. The day we had the movers scheduled, the staff arrived 3 hours late due to another move taking longer than expected. We were asked to sign some documents, as expected, I assumed were authorizing payments and what not. The staff was extremely nice and careful with our belongings. It took about 2 hours to move everything. Of course we tipped everyone and provided bottles water. Then was charged almost $800! After we were under the impression that this would be about $300. We called the company several times and left messages. It took a little over a week for someone to answer the phone and was told the complete opposite of what we were originally told. We explain the inconvenience of the late arrival and only needed 2 hours. Nothing was said, the guy was just like "oh well next time read the contract you sign" Which in hindsight is very true but I could never recommend this company. No customer service!
