Recently spent 2 nights in Jurys Inn Croydon. Being a hotelier myself I always think I m over critical when staying in hotels. From check-in and meeting Sarah to check out with Rosita. I found the staff exceptional in their commitment to care for their guests. I was lucky enough to have been upgrade to one of the new refurbished bedroom which are very tastefully decorated and boast plenty of natural light. During breakfast and dinner service it was a refreshment to see the management team getting stuck in when needed and providing support to their teams. I left Jurys Inn Croydon feeling well looked after and totally rested. And with East Croydon station only a stones throw away from the hotel my trip back to Gatwick was quick and easy. This hotel will certainly be my number one choice when visiting London.
