Posting this after our second straight positive experience at Cotton Cloud - the first being when we lived locally in Portland and now once more after having moved across the country.

We loved our first mattress from them - was as advertised. Super comfortable, just firm enough, affordable, and made with eco-friendly materials as a bonus. Great customer service both in-store and throughout the ordering process. We were using an odd Yelp coupon but they still worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly.

Just completed our second order today, and it was more of the same patient and friendly customer service as before, even though this time we were shipping one of their mattresses across the country and using another weird coupon. Their order processing system was down at first so we had to try again the next day, but it wasn't a big deal.

Looking forward to sleeping on our new Cotton Cloud soon!
