I was at the ER a long time ago, after 6 hours in the waiting room and being rudely told my painful breathing (after falling down stairs onto cement) wasn t an emergency, I left and went elsewhere. Besides some minor cuts, and a broken finger I had 3 broken ribs. However my reason for reviewing now is the fact that Taylor that is telling reviewers to call a number....the least they could do is not leave an automated copy & paste response....obviously no one is actually reading these and trying to improve patient care. Don t waste your time, go ANYWHERE else but here!
