Walking into VW Waterloo after being bait and switched twice at the local Toyota dealership meant I was on my highest defense level (so much so, I even switched brands!) Rob Vagacs was fantastic to deal with and clearly understands that business is about mutual respect and long term relationships. No hard sales tactics or trickery. I'm very happy with my entire experience (including Shawn in financing, thanks Shawn!) and I highly recommend VW Waterloo to anyone who feels like they need a shower after being in other dealerships. VW Waterloo is the place to be.
