I do not normally write reviews - especially negative ones - but this dealership deserves my effort.

I purchased a used car from them last year. Since the purchase, I've discovered that the car was in an accident - I believe they knew, but can't prove it.

6 months ago they told me I needed a brake job - today at another Infiniti, they told me that there's lots of life left on all 4 pads. That inspired this email...

The service team disappointed me every time with their lack of attention on replacing all components; delaying me while they multi-tasked (despite having an appointment); and accepted appointments weeks in advance, only to tell me (while I was on site) that the part wasn't in and I would have to reschedule (this happened more than once)...

I would not vouch for this dealership as being honest or overly competent.

Take what you want from this, but I recommend that you stay away from this dealership. There are so many other places that deserve your money.
