I also order the same thing every time I come I received a $70 medium rare steak that looked like it was cooked yesterday, meanwhile my friend had the same exact steak that looked fresher and juicy. I wasn t pleased not once was I asked was jnok and then a manager came and also lied and informed that another red head manager came to check in ya not once did a red head come, and not once did I get asked was I ok unless it was across the table while thisnloud music and people all around are speaking. When the manager came she argued about the steak instead of treating me as a customer with A1 customer service . I was not a satisfied customer and it s not about the money.
