I had to buy a new car due to having a total loss with a deer at the beginning of Nov. I reside about an hour from this dealership but I was in the area and came to RR Toyota without a down payment and a heavy heart having to buy a new car. I met Justyn and Day shortly after stepping onto the lot. Their approach was fantastic, the honesty displayed by both along with "keeping it real" attitude made this journey a complete success. I was very adamant that I did not want to be rushed into a vehicle without proper research (I work in collections) and did not want to feel like I had to make a decision on the whim. Day respected those requests and sat me down to get an idea of what I wanted/needed and could afford then we parted ways. During the upcoming week, she kept in touch via text (my preferred method, due to work) and just checked in on me and my situation. That weekend I came back to the dealership and Day had already picked out 2 vehicles based on what we discussed, SHE WAS RIGHT ON THE MONEY! When she says she can match you, your wishes with a car she is telling the truth. We sat down with the Car fax and did the research on what's the better option. She is AMAZING! The staff overall was great. Very welcoming atmosphere, hospitality and a great experience all together. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Day to friends and anyone in the market for a new Vehicle.
