We prebooked a car a two days in advance for a wedding we were attending. We asked for the car to arrive at 12:50, however the driver didn t arrive. We called 2 times, the first time we called they told us no drivers were available so we d have to wait...(really- for a service that was booked TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE????) Then we called again and the woman said the driver will be another 15 minutes! We could not wait because we would be late to the ceremony so we ended up driving ourselves. We told the lady on the phone to cancel the cab. Then our ring doorbell goes off showing that the driver had just arrived at 13:23... 33 minuets after our booked slot... and the firm didn't even let the driver know we had canceled. Absolutely ridiculous service. Do not book with them if you hope to get anywhere on time. What a joke cannon cars- will never use again.
