The presentation Scott gave yesterday afternoon in Toronto was extremely interesting and eye opening. I had already read both books however, found that the 'in person' presentation cleared up some of the concepts even more. I am even more determined now to continue in real estate/income property; next step will be a three day workshop.

It is very important for me to create income through income property and real estate as I must not be a burden to my children in my older years; they will have their own families to worry about and I wish to live comfortably without needing any help from them. In order to achieve this goal I require other sources of income over and above regular salary.

Thank you Scott for taking the time to prepare and present so openly and sincerely, sharing with us everything you know and have learned over the years so that we can be as successful as you and Mike.
