I recently engaged with a consulting firm for some strategic planning assistance. Though the company's website looked professional and promised customized solutions, my experience was quite average. The consultants seemed knowledgeable but lacked proactive communication. I also expected more creative and innovative ideas, especially considering the company's claim of providing "out-of-the-box" solutions. On the positive side, the project was delivered on time, and the team demonstrated good attention to detail. However, I believe there's room for improvement in terms of personalized attention to client needs and offering more innovative solutions. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I hope to see more proactive and creative approach in the future.
