Unless you work here, people don't generally want to visit courthouses. As someone who worked here post-graduation I can say that the people here are amazing and helpful.
Nice staff. Neat building. The security guy held a bag for me for the briefest moment but saved me some anxiety. I rule this court to be p cool.
Although what's this about adjourning a twisted case 18 times? Not mad, but I am disappointed.
The clerks that work at the courthouse claim they are bonded by the oath they take ha what a joke, but at the end of the day not as honest as they claim , give people checks that are not suppose to bounce which in the end do and end up bouncing with a nice bill for the receiver to pay back to the bank and then wont even do anything regarding there so called mistake , then the finance department is no better when they don't even let you explain and then continue laughing in your face claiming that the clerk is in the right and I am in the wrong thats why there is a courthouse stamp on the envelope but say I picked it up from my old address when it was returned to the court house then to have the finance person shove her hand in my face say have a good day and keep the check . They sure post those papers at the counters saying we do not tolerate abuse but the people that attend the court house have to accept the abuse and ignorant attitude while there employees are dishonest . when it was all recorded on there camera system but wouldn't even check the proof when I stated it would be on there avoid the courthouse anyway possible the staff are horrible and rude .
The phone number no longer works and hasn't for at least one week.
Update: Phone number now works.
Horribly lazy service. Front desk counter staff "forgot" to print out my case and bring it to the judge when I checked in and I didn't find out my time was completely wasted until after the 1.5 hour court session was finished. No apologies or explanations were given to me. I was perfectly polite the entire time. Line ups are painfully slow and staff do not care at all about the people that they are serving. Prime example of why people hate the inefficiency and incompetence of government. It's experiences like this that cause people to lose faith in the system. Thanks for nothing.
Called. Waited over 35 minutes with no answer until the court closed and their hours were over. No notification of my position in que, wait time or anything.
The hours are 8:15 to 4:30 to save everyone from having to phone them like it's 1995 still.
We get it that you are run by the government but you can update your website and Google listing like everyone else in the last decade has.
The worst call in service ever! A million switchboards with lengthy automated messages you can't skip through only to wait on hold for clerks that never pick up. I have been on hold now for 20 min! Long distance. No direct line phone numbers available to skip the lengthy automated barrage. I finally got a person who just told me sorry the line you want is ringing busy.So I get to call back again.
Just had one simple question to ask. Phoned and was on hold for 30 minutes until I hung up. Didn't talk to anyone.
This whole building is a joke. 80% of the cases are petty traffic fines and the rest are non violent drug offences. My money shouldn t be stolen to support this system or the people inside. If there is no victim there is no crime.
