Last Wednesday, the doctor referred him to the emergency department of the Dijkland hospital.
The 2 nurses in the ward were very friendly, treated us in a reassuring and respectful manner. If we gave a review about the nurse this would have been 5 stars.

However, unfortunately we cannot say this from the female doctor in the emergency department.
She was downright blunt, curt and smaller. She indicated that she had read the file but asked questions that would make it clear that she had not done this. Strongly felt that she was not listening to the answers to the questions and had already drawn her conclusion. Communication was difficult, asked unclear questions. She is the one who makes us give 2 stars. If it was only about her behavior, it would have become 1 star.
