The rooms are big as they are suites and are fairly priced. It is off strip but close enough if you like Vegas a bit calmer but want to be one short ride share away. The rooms could do with a refresh, the one I was in didn't have a fan in the bathroom. The spa day pass is $10 which isn't bad, but don't expect amazing facilities. Went to the Penn & Teller show and it was great. All around Rio is a nice budget Vegas stay if you don't mind off strip.
