Title agent refused to order the survey and in my 12 yrs ( and every other senior agent and lender, I have spoken with ) I have never had to order a survey. This is part of the title companies job. The title agent is rude , upset my lender greatly , and my client may not be able to close by the deadline. The seller insisted on this title company . I will never allow this company to be used by any of my clients again. I wish we could have -100 stars ..
