Beautiful and modern hospital and fine gynecology, but reception with always faulty scanning poles and few reception staff is always a disaster! This time there were four employees at the poles to explain, especially to the many elderly people, how they should be used .... then go and celebrate with four people at the desk to help people. It is annoying when you feel a number in a hospital immediately upon arrival, especially when you are ill or older. Get out of that system and just speak to people in person. In addition, repeat agreements are now only made by post, apparently a request from the hospital to change a scheduled appointment did not come to me ... so I did not have an appointment on that day.
