Excellent experience. Will definitely be a returning customer. Gerard Rennie is the most pleasant salesperson I have ever worked with. Professional, never pressuring or demanding, and very accommodating. This is my third Kia lease, my first with Smithtown. I will definitely be returning to them in three years when I need to do my lease return.
We walked out with exactly what we wanted and some.....
There was no comparison between the dealer we used previously and Smithtown - far exceeded my expectations, where the old dealer truly disappointed.
From the moment we first walked into the showroom we never felt pressured. We were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist (sorry I forgot her name) and then saw the Sales Manager Charlie who was also very pleasant and set us up with Gerard.
Everything was explained to us from the operation and features of the vehicle to the lease information, servicing of the vehicle, etc.
Gerard - you will be getting my recommendation to everyone I know.
