The customer service people are rude and uncooperative. I spoke to 4 people including Aman a floor manger who refused to remove incorrect information from my listing. He refused to address my questions and finally refused to forward me to his supervisor. In calling Google Corp, the receptionist, Retta, refused to connect me with anyone in customer service stating "Google doesn't not accept customer service calls." She explained I would need to answer survey that "our managers listen to each day" and they can decide if they will call you back. In frustration, I asked to be forwarded to the survey that asked the same question 3 times and then hung up. Ultimately Google provided me with 0 support and refused to help a client with incorrect information on their listing.
