I have worked in healthcare for just under 20 years, so I expect a lot from healthcare facilities/providers. I am VERY impressed with the service that was provided in the ER, this past weekend. Everyone was very friendly and did not make me feel as if I was a burden, explained everything thoroughly and did not make me feel rushed. This was my first ever ER visit and my anxiety level was through the roof, but I have to give a shout-out to RNs Nick and Jen in the ED. The were very personable and made me feel at ease--also, Dr. Park and the ladies in CT.

Kudos UMUCMC--keep providing great service!
