Comfortable stay. Great location and staff who really care. I saw the wonderfully friendly front desk staff run up 4 flights of stairs to get a new key to a guest sooner than waiting for the elevator. She took the elevator down, out of breath, and said "all I can say is, we love our guests!" It clearly showed. The roof view of the empire State building is great too! Would definitely stay again.
