I had a really bad experience. Before I came to this dealer I made my research on Lexus RX prices around and also on my car value which I wanted to trade in. They gave me trade in price for my car 8 K lower than other dealer gave me. Also pre-owned RX is 2- 3K higher in price than average bin Orange County. If you are really agressive buyer, you probably can deal with them but otherwise just stay away.
