Very bad hotel. We had booked a 4 star hotel room ...

Very bad hotel. We had booked a 4 star hotel room for two nights. Exterior / reception / restaurant all looks very neat. But appearances can be deceiving; The hotel rooms are very bad. As far as we are concerned, the room was not worth 2 stars for a Dutch Hotel.

Rooms are very outdated: They need to be renewed urgently !!

There are flaws in the room everywhere;
- Water is on the floor after showering;
- Bad ventilation
- The above results in mold spots appearing all over the ground. Sealant edges and soap dispenser are also very dirty.
- Big crack in the sink
- The bottom of the sink is a cheese with holes in the wall from previous assemblies
- Bathroom accessories and some sockets are loose
- No air conditioning available;
- Old television
- Cracks and stains in the carpet

Breakfast restaurant:
- Offer is not very extensive. No live cooking etc.
+ Products were all fresh

All this also shared with the hotel. Unfortunately, no leniency is offered. For us, Fletcher is very dismissed and will not see us again in the future.
