Had a great experience with Jordan. Very communicative while the covid-19 lockdown was happening. No pressure salesman. Once people were allowed back in the store, he made sure my wife and I felt safe with their precautions and attended to all my needs. Very knowledgeable about Grand Seiko and he helped me get the watch I wanted at a fair price. Definitely will recommend and hope to be back soon!
