Very friendly staff. Nice buffet with different self-serving stations such as seafood, barbecue, cajun, italian, desserts, and many others. Found machines to have good payback percentages, and of special note, were their NO FEE ATM's.

Elite status from Pala transfered here with monthly added play matched up to $500 (bring your mailer) and room given first night, additional nights based on play. Elite players can get coupons from casino host (ours was great) which will give their guests additional benefits. Staff was very eager to ensure we had a good experience there and we did!

For just new signups, there was no "free play," but they multiply points accrued during the first 24 hours by 20 times. This made conversion of points to play very easy.

When walking to or from vehicle, we were offered rides to the casino entrance or other places on property we were trying to get to. The shuttle driver was very personable and helpful, definately a shining star amongst staff, but all staff interactions I had were positive, a testament to their pride in a job well done.

I would have liked there to be more ticket cashing machines, versus having to cash tickets at the cashier stations, or with "slot tech" employees (which to be fair, there are no shortage of). I'm sure this is due to them wanting to provide a more personal customer interaction. This is just my personal preference.

I walked away from this property thoroughly impressed by the way it was run. It was obvious to me that both management and employees look for ways to improve the guest experience, then implement those ideas.
