Since I've been able to work never ever claimed unemployment until this covid happened. So I was clueless as what to do. But eventually got 3 weeks worth. No back pay to when this even started. I didn't claim right away as I had money in the bank. But thinking that I would get back to work sooner then 4 months. I went through all my savings and checking accounts. Hoping that I could get some money back from back months. Didn't happen I've talked to customers service many times and all they say is they'll look into it. I was told it could take up to 21 days that was 34 days ago. Failed system, failed the citizens of Colorado. Thank you!
