For a hotel in this category, it is just ok. It is being run purely for profit, not the guest experience. Room rates change daily depending on occupancy. They gouge you. Not like other Four Seasons. A bad reflection on the chain. And it needs a decor update. The suites are cheesy. Only reason to stay here is proximity to the Mandalay Convention Center.
