Wow,what a complete disappointment SANDALS resort...

Wow,what a complete disappointment SANDALS resort was a big let down.on our first night here we got an " attitude" from the bed turn down service. And the majority of our room was very dirty until I Made them clean it all over the next day,the room had black mold on the doors and walls.the resort is beautiful on the whole but is showing a lot of signs of wearing down. And the amount of stray cats on the property is very alarming and when we inquired about these problems they simply said' we can't give you another room' the food in the restaurants was good but a little on the greasy side.some employees had an attitude problem ,and security on the beach was a joke they confronted the guest and not the vagrants and non hotel guest. There room service menu was a joke too,not much variety .the pools got dirty at times and if you need service or help it's never there in any form because the night shift is worthless.If you read this rating it was written by a dis-abled veteran. I really would like to see new management and a cleaner Sandals next time I decide to visit.But they are just like big business and Corporations only the profit and dollar sign mean anything.and of course their prices in their shops are over inflated so your best off buying your things outside the resort.
