bought a focus from City ford for my mum. She is in early 70s and it was her first new car for many years.Great sales people, took time to help mum, not pushy and not usual car sales people. we were pleasantly surprised.

mum does not live near the dealer but she have been getting it serviced for past 18 months. She likes the people and they look after her.
We did get one service from local garage closer to home , and the cost was not that much cheaper so would prefer to use the dealer and get a bit more confidence in the service etc. Overall- very happy - mum is happy. Would recommend city ford
