Attended a university alumni event on the 3rd floor conference room. By all accounts based on the amount of badges, it was going to be quite a packed event and yet the coat check was awful. Waited a long time to check my coat in and barely got in before the speech by university chancellor. Getting my coat back was an even bigger fiasco as it took 15 minutes for someone to find my coat. And I had to be asked what it looks like. This wasn't an isolated incident as several individual just went to the back to look for the jackets themselves. People were being given part of their items and had to wait for other pieces like bags to be found. Definitely not impressed.
