This review is to let people know about the RIDICULOUS SERVICE that Direct Axis offers. I put in an application for a loan after applying online. It was meant to take 24 hours for a consultant to call me to continue the application. After not hearing back from anyone, I had to call their offices several times before I got through to someone for assistance. I called their offices a third time to follow up on the application and had to go through the same application process a second time. Was told that someone would call back in 24 hours as my application was approved. The consultants have tried calling me. The first call, I happened to be in a meeting and asked if they would call back in 10 minutes. They called back BUT they let the phone ring twice before I can answer then they hangup. And that's how they've been trying to call me back - by continuously hanging up after 2 rings. Since then I had been trying to call their offices. When you get through the line cuts off - which seems like the consultants are actually hanging up on you once you get through. I have left messages on twitter expressing my frustrations but all they can do is relay the message which doesn't help. I have decided that I don't want to do business with this company (ever) and will not be proceeding with this application. Direct Axis, I don't want a response or an apology for what I've had to endure through what was meant to be a simple application as you advertise. I just want the people of South Africa who searches the internet for your business to know about the BAD SERVICE you offer. You do not even deserve a single star-rating but I was forced to give you one to add this post.
