Guarantee not recovered within 2 weeks. When we called about the guarantee, we got a rude employee on the line. Although we had seriously done our best to clean the apartment, it was apparently left very dirty. We did not let us know if there should be a cleaning team (may be said when picking up the keys instead of just in that folder and we have to find it ourselves), for which we apologize. The annoyed employee, however, thought it logical that since we had not informed this, it was also justified that the guarantee was paid outside the specified period. He replied that we were going to get it sometime soon (2 weeks had already passed) and then hooked up again in a very non-customer-friendly manner. We are therefore totally not satisfied with the service, the apartment itself was properly.
