I took my 4 month old pup for his shots and he was nervous of course. There are many seats around the inside perimeter and it wasn't too busy at 3:30pm when I arrived. The hours 3pm to 6pm Monday thru Friday is convenient for me. It was a long wait and there was only 2 attendants giving shots and 2 bringing dogs out from overnight procedures. I was surprised to find I'm required to come back in a few weeks to bring my puppy back for a 2nd set of the same shots. That's more expense than I thought but I want to be sure he's protected. I plan to have him fixed at that time too.
