Stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of a two...

Stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of a two-week road trip through NZ. It was an amazing way to begin my vacation views from our balcony facing the lake were gorgeous! The food at the restaurant downstairs was to die for: we had the breakfast buffet and a sit-down dinner. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the spa area.

Great location. Close to the airport and the Remarkables mountains... also just a short hop from downtown via water taxi.

Disclaimer- my friend whom I was traveling with works for Hilton Auckland so we had a little something extra in the room when we checked in (a lovely little bottle of champagne!). It was a nice touch, in my opinion. I would stay there again.
