We had a wonderful experience with the team at Ferntree Gully Hyundai. Initially we were 'just looking' and were pretty certain we were buying a car from a competitor. We spotted the brand new Kona in the yard at Hyundai and thought we'd take a closer look. We had the pleasure of meeting Rob Inch who is an exceptional salesman, as evidenced by the number of trophies that sit behind his desk. There was no hard sell, no pushy tactics, but a fun and lively conversation from someone who clearly knows his trade. After a very fair price for our trade-in, and a great offer on a great car, we ended up buying the same day and switched our loyalty from the other brand. The after sales service was also excellent and very fairly priced. Overall we are very happy with the entire transaction, and will certainly return when we are ready to trade our other vehicle.
