I was the first of my party to arrive, so I went about making the seating arrangements. I let the first available hostess know that we had 6 adults, 2 children and an infant. She looked at me and snidely asked "well, how many is in your party?" So I told her 9. The hostess was a shorter blond... late 30s.. then informed me it would be 20 to 30 minutes for them to make arrangements for our party. So this was on 3-2-2019 around 4:50ishpm. The next time I asked, was shortly after 6pm which I asked a a brunette hostess mid 20s. And was then told it would be another 35 minutes. The lack of communication, the being forgotten and not given the time of day, especially where we drove from idahofalls. Very disappointed in the service not to mention not being able to sample the "excellent food" I've heard so much about. I expected alot more from the reviews I seen about your company.
