The customer service is wonderful. I have been with Internode for a few years now and have only had 1 bad experience. But a manager called me back and was so lovely and it just was really nice to have that support. Have spoken to so many helpful and understanding people. It is such a shame that the rest of the service is non existent. I lost connectivity for 7 days last week. Lost internet for a few hours yesterday and lost it 3 times today. I am paying for a full time service that I have part time access to. It's not the NBN. It's not the fibre to the curb. It is the actual connection where my modem sends the log in information to the servers and for some reason, gets blocked, rejected or put on hold. I keep getting told that I will have to wait for the connection to link back up. I am sick of waiting! I should not have to go through the trouble shooting on a daily basis! This is beyond a joke. I should not lose internet access for 1-4 hours a day, 3-5 times a week and still pay the fees I have to. I can't even pay because it's done online and I can't GO online!
