I have two orders outstanding! First order was placed on the 3rd of November. Had an email to say I had received them......! I called customer service & was told they had a new courier company that was sending out emails too early! Second order was placed on the 10th November (I don t know why I placed another order with this company) Called customer service again & was told that both orders were sent to the courier company! So who knows when I will get my goods?!?! Once I get my orders I will definitely not order again with Scott s of Stow!!!!
