Advertised flight prices unachievable due to too short transit times. Offered more expensive flight inclusive of a hotel stay however was told the hotel would be 4 star and subsequently found it was 2.5 star with very poor reviews. Customer representatives not responsive to emails or phone calls. When told by the company I would be contacted the next day or within 30mins by a customer representative or manager this did not happen on multiple occasions. Extremely poor service, deceitful advertising, prices not dissimilar from other more reputable travel companies. Stay away from this company.
