I recently purchased a vehicle here from Sam Santos, and from the moment I walked into the dealership I was treated with professionalism, and kindness. Every person I dealt with was helpful, informative, and respectful. I've dealt with a few different dealerships and sales people, and have always felt I was being taken advantage of from a sales perspective.
I live in the far north west, and this was 100% worth the trip to the south to get this kind of service. Anyone who tells me they will be getting a vehicle in the future, new or used, I will be recommending southpointe Toyota, and Sam himself.
