I signed up as a family so my kids can use the gym...

I signed up as a family so my kids can use the gym. What a novel concept in the dead of winter. However, a private travel basketball team has use if they gym on Monday from 5-930pm, Tuesday 5-8 pm and Thursday 5-930 pm so no other kids can use the gym, how is that even legal for a facility that has county employees and was built with county money so the residents could have reasonable access, do my kids need to skip school so they can exercise and play sports with their friends at the rec center. Unreal.
