Visited this casino on New Years Day 2019. As a previous guest who had no issues exchanging canadian$ to US to gamble with was stunned by the NEW policy (they insisted that this was a long term thing but we had not experienced this in July 2018) of only exchanging $250 canadian. They then proceeded to tell us that as long as we were using that money in the casino for gaming we would be able to exchange again. So my wife and I each made an exchange and proceeded to buy a couple rounds of drinks and gamble for a while. We lost our stakes and I went to get more. I was told quite firmly that i had not been playing enough to qualify for further exchange. I HAD NOT LEFT THE FLOOR AND USED ALL MY CASH ON MACHINES!!! After discussing with the teller a while, I got angry and asked for a manager who was equally unhelpful, would not even entertain any idea that they may be incorrect or that they would correct their mistake. Essentially, this is a casino that is not friendly to canadian guests and should be avoided by canadians. I wish i could give less than one star, however this is the lowest I can give. Other than the very friendly girl in the cash cage, the management at this place have little idea how to handle a customer service complaint, and only inflamed the issue with the way they handled it. EPIC FAIL
