Service keeps getting worse. Myself and my family have been very loyal customers since 1990. Customer service has gone downhill and is awful at best. Everytime I go and get a service on my car there is some sort of conflicting story for the service I will be receiving and if I may or may not get a shuttle. There is never any appointments no matter how far in advance you book. The people working at the service reception are not only rude but highly unprofessional, far too busy chatting and talking about their personal lives. I hope the management of this dealership does something about this.
