Bought a car from them sales man was and continues to be awesome. By the way my sales man works out of the Mazda building. Bought a bmw as well from him bmw service department has been excellent.

Now Mercedes Service departament worst service. They sure like to waste your time I have shown up for service and they have refused to do anything on my car I would say over 90% of the time. So what I will do from now on is I'm going to document who I speak with and double and triple check before my appointment arrives to make sure they will actually service my car. I hope I don't have any more warranty issues that way I don't have to deal with the service dep.
