Room nice but service apart from check in was a let down. Ordered the cod goujon sandwich in the bar and after 30 mins I was told they ran out. I'm not quite sure why it took this long to let me known. Had the steak sandwich Instead which was ok but it took 45 minutes. Did not have time for breakfast so asked for a takeaway sandwich and coffee and they didn't have any takeaway cups. Having stopped at Champneys Tring, this is some way off.
