I met Derek, a Nova Guide, on the trail as he was coming to rescue one of his customers that was stranded. I assisted him and his helper during the rescue and was immediately impressed with his concern and safety for his customer. After witnessing his professionalism and care of his customer and machine, I decided to bring my extended family back the next day and rent from Nova Guides. We needed to rent a four seater to compliment our personal machines and take the trails around Camp Hale. The only thing better than the staff's professionalism and courtesy was the spectacular scenary!
